AutoPlay may refer to any of the following:
- Alternatively called AutoRun, AutoPlay is a feature first introduced in Microsoft Windows 95 that allows CDs to run automatically. AutoPlay facilitates easier setup since the installation of a program starts right after the disc is inserted into the computer.

- Autoplay is a feature available on some online video websites, like YouTube. Using autoplay, videos automatically play one after another or back-to-back. Autoplay makes it easier to watch multiple related videos, eliminating the need to select each or click the play option for them.
