A net architect is fundamentally a network professional who designs communication’s networks, much like a building architect designs buildings. A network architect’s primary task is to design all networking layers operating on a network to work efficiently with one another in a secure and cost effective way. The network architect’s primary responsibility is to design a “blueprint” of the overall layout of a communications network, illustrating how all its layers communicate with one another.
