In Microsoft Outlook, pressing Alt+S sends the e-mail being composed.
Alt+S in Microsoft PowerPoint
In Microsoft PowerPoint, Alt+S opens the Slide Show tab in the Ribbon. After using this shortcut, you can press an additional key to select an option in the Slide Show tab. For example, after pressing Alt+S, you could press B to start a slide show from the beginning.
