  • lift the battery and unplug the two pin cable from phone base.

  • Remove the two 10mm screws at the base of the phone .

  • Use the spudger along the edge using a firm but gentle lifting motion.
  • When doing this feel for the hooks that latch the phones front and back cases.

  • Unscrew a second set of 10mm screws to obtain access to the other side.

  • The front of the phone can now be placed to the side
  • You will notice the button covers, these display the numerical values and positions of each button
  • These can be placed aside as they will get in the way later.

  • Now the silicon pads for the phone buttons are exposed.
  • These can easily be removed by pulling away the pads from the circuit board.
  • To replace simply align the new pad onto the button positions.
