The device won’t respond when you press the power button, or doesn’t respond to the power adapter being plugged in.

The device should respond when you plug in the power adapter. If this doesn’t happen, you may have a bad power adapter. The power adapter is a standard Micro USB, which most phones use for charging. Try switching the cable to see if you get any response. If it still doesn’t respond, you may need to replace the battery.

If the battery isn’t holding a charge, or not charging at all, it is most likely faulty. Follow this guide to see how to replace it.
