Step 1

              Phillips Screw
  • Unscrew the 6 phillips screws on the left and right side of the machine with a 603-3 IN. 1PT phillips screwdriver.
  • CAUTION: Use caution while opening the machine, wires will be attached to both sides. Place screws on the Magnetic Mat to avoid misplacing them.

Step 2

              Speaker Identification
  • The Zillionz ATM Machine Speaker is placed on the upper left of the machine. The speaker is a circular green shape with a thin purple cover holding the speaker in place. There will be two yellow wires connecting the speaker to the circuit board.

Step 3

              Speaker Teardown
  • Using the ifixit screwdriver with phillips head J1, unscrew the two screws located on the ends of the purple piece covering the speaker. Place screws onto Magnetic Mat.

Step 4

              Put Felt Pads on Speaker
  • Place the sticky side of the felt pad directly in the center of the clear plastic covering on speaker. Place another felt pad directly on top of the felt pad that was just placed on the speaker.

Step 5

              Reassemble
  • To reassemble this device, follow these instructions backwards.
