the device is not producing good quality sound or any sound at all from either loud speaker or headphones

Ensure headphones are taken out and volume on tablet is turned all the way up. If the sound is not as loud as it should be or there is no sound at all, your speaker may be damaged or disconnected from motherboard.

Remove headphone jacks and reinsert them properly, ensuring complete connection with audio jack. If sound is not being produced properly, try using another pair of headphones. If the sound works with the new headphones, your old headphones should be replaced.

If you have tried multiple pair of headphones and your sound is still not working properly, your audio jack may have a bad connection with the mother board and should be evaluated.

Your device does not appear to turn on at all.

Insert the charger . Now, leave the charger in the device for 30 minutes and attempt to turn on. If the device will not turn on then the battery needs to be replaced.

If the tablet is charged or connected and the device does power on, but the screen does not turn on, then the LCD may need to be replaced

If neither of the options above work, the motherboard of your device may not be any good.

If your device is plugged into the proper microUSB charger and does not seem to gain any battery charge, then you may have a faulty charger or charger jack. The best option is to try a new battery charger before assuming the charger or battery are bad.

If your device is still losing charge rapidly after turning off all the apps and trying a new charger, then your battery is more than likely going to need to be replaced.

Your device is unresponsive to any form of touch capabilities.
