Windows accessibility options help computer users customize settings in Windows to make it easier to see, read, and use their computer. The Ease of Access Center contains the Windows accessibility options, and includes options to do the following.

  • Change size of icons and text.
  • Change contrast settings to make text easier to read and objects easier to see.
  • Improve use of a mouse and keyboard.
  • Turn on the on-screen keyboard.
  • Eliminate the need for a mouse and keyboard by configuring voice recognition.

Open Ease of Access Center in Windows

To open the Ease of Access Center in Windows, follow the steps below.

  • Open the Control Panel.
  • If using the Category view in Control Panel, click the Ease of Access link, then click Ease of Access Center.If using Small icons or Large icons view in Control Panel, click the Ease of Access Center option.
