What you need

Step 1

              Examine existing gaiter               
  • Examine existing gaiter and take note of how its installed. A quick snap with your camera phone is helpful!

              Remove existing gaiter               
  • Carefully cut through the existing cable tie or chord
  • Pull the gaiter up over the gear knob

              Fit New Gaiter               
  • Place the new gaiter over the gear knob upside down
  • Ensure the cable tip is in the correct position (usually towards the rear)
  • Locate the tie retaining groove
  • Tighten the tie securely and trim excess
