              Earpad Assembly               
  • Remove the ear pad from the earphone by gently pulling the cloth pad outwards from the slot holding the cloth.
  • Work circularly until removed.

Step 2

  • Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the four fastening screws that hold the blue plastic speaker mount in place.
  • Gently pull blue plastic from black housing by hand until separated.

              Battery               
  • Use screwdriver tip J00 to remove three screws fastening circuit board to casing.

  • Use bent tweezers to remove two wire connector plugs from circuit board.

Step 5

  • Circuit board will be free to be removed by hand. Use plastic pry tool to slide between casing and circuit board if needed.

  • Gently removed and flip over circuit board to reveal battery pack attached to the underside. Careful not to pull out wires running through headband.

  • Use metal pry tool to slide between battery and circuit board to break up adhesive. Ensure the battery wire connector plug has been removed on front side.

Step 8

  • Battery will be free to be removed and replaced.

Where can I get a replacement battery?

The costs are like $20-$30.

If you look on Ebay under: ( 3.7v 603048 ), you can get the same battery without the connector for like $5.

hey i have a question, how i can repair the mute button? It does not work.
