Microphone
- Remove the microphone cover by unscrewing the screw on the front side of the microphone.
- It is recommended to use #000 Philips head screwdriver.

- Use a nylon or metal spudger set to lift out the microphone.
- Be careful lest you might break the fragile wires.
- Always try using a plastic tool before resorting to a metal tool as shown in the picture.

Step 3
- De-solder the microphone wires and remove the microphone.
- Use low heat for de - soldering
- Do not cut the white and black wires soldered to the microphone as you might reduce the length of wire required to reassemble.

Step 4
- Solder the new microphone wires in the same position as the old one.
- It is advisable to use a lead free solder
- Use a small amount of solder to not mix up the connections and prevent short circuiting.

- To complete reassembly replace the cover taken off in step 1.
