- To reach the battery, follow steps 1 through 3 in the Tungsten E Teardown

- Begin to pry up the battery. It is fastened to the mother board using two sided tape.
- Caution: the battery is connected by two wires.

- Remove the battery
- Caution: Be careful not to tear the wires when removing battery.

- Using a soldering iron, disconnect the battery wires.
- Note: the wires are soldered to the board.

- Take replacement battery and solder the wires to the board.
- Take care to match wire colors as before.
- Use double sided tape to attach battery firmly to board.
