1. If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.2. If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren’t working as expected, restart your device.3. If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.4. If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:5. Let charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.4. If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged.

If that doesn’t work, contact ACS Support via creating a help desk ticket or by email

  1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for a least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  2. Restart your iPad

Hold the On/Off button until “slide to power off” appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the On/Off button to turn it back on.

If you can’t restart your device, reset it by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for a least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

  1. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off then back on again.

  2. Hold the power button (on the top) and the home button (on the front) down until the iPad resets.

  • Press the home button on the front of your iPadEither four finger swipe or double press the home button on the front of the iPadPress your finger on the app that is giving you issues until it jiggles.Tap the red minus sign in the corner.

If that doesn’t work, try restarting or hard restarting your iPad.
