- There are three cross head screws– two at the top and one at the bottom. you will need a size 0 phillips head screwdriver to take them out.

- Once you turn over the mouse you can lift the casing off and have access to the components on the top of the circuit board.

- To be able to un-solder any components on the circuit board you can slowly but firmly detach the wire from its holder.
- Once the wire is detached from its holder you may gently pull the circuit board vertically from the plastic housing.
- Be careful not to pull the circuit board horizontally from the housing or else you will break off the plastic pins holding the circuit board of the plastic.
