  • Five identical screws: three in back, one in each of left and right sides. Cover lifts away. One may call it ’top cover'.

  • Disc tray being open/extended-out is a precondition to access its drive belt.
  • Use a stick to depress optical deck and unclamp spindle. As optical deck lowers, disc tray juts. Pull or push tray toward its out & open position.
