- Make sure before proceeding to power down, remove the charger, and close your laptop, to avoid damaging your device or harming yourself.
- Flip laptop over and locate the RAM cover in the middle of the laptop.

- Unscrew the screw marked “4"with PH1 screwdriver.
- Remove cover by lifting up and pulling it out.

Step 3
- Push latches outwards away from the RAM chip until it pops up.
- Fingers may be pinched by the latches.
- Pull RAM chip out.

Step 4
- Repeat Step 3 for the bottom RAM chip.
Repeat Step 3 for the bottom RAM chip.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
