Battery
- Unplug the laptop and turn it off.
- Flip the laptop upside down.
- Locate the battery on the underside of the laptop.

- Push the two latches away from the battery.

- Slide the battery away from the laptop.
- Locate the serial number on the battery to order a replacement.

RAM
- Remove the one 5.5mm Philips #0 screw that holds in the central panel.

- Pull the back panel off.

- Remove the RAM.
- Carefully undo the clips on either side of the top RAM.
- Remove the chip by pulling it out of its slot.
- Repeat until you have removed the chip that you want to replace.
- This laptop has only two slots for RAM, and both are filled. Plan accordingly if your goal is to increase RAM.
