What you need

Battery
- Push the left tab with your left hand.
- Then push the right tab with your right hand.
- While your right hand is still pushing, remove the battery with your left hand.

RAM
- Remove one JIS #000 screw.
- This screw does not come out all the way, but you will still be able to open the back panel.

- Use the plastic opening tool to pry the panel open. Be sure to do this on all four sides. Then the panel will lift off.

- Take the nylon spudger, and push the prongs so that it releases the RAM.

- Once the RAM has lifted, use tweezers or fingers to pull it out.
