- Using the spudger, gently pry the desired key up on one side. This will release the key.
- The key is held in place by very small plastic pieces. Improper removal or installation may damage key permanently and require entire keyboard replacement.

- Use a brush to remove debris and use a cleaner cloth to remove residue.
- Similarly, remove debris and residue from the area of the keyboard where the key was originally seated.

- Once clean, set the key above its original position and firmly press it back into place.
