Be careful not to pull the wires of the connector while performing this repair.
What you need

Open Device
- To open your device use the plastic opener. Locate the seam on your device and gently separate applying pressure down all four sides.
- The back casing will start to peel away from the screen.
- Carefully lift and remove the back panel with tablet lying face down on table. this will reveal the back side.

Step 2
Remove Battery
- Locate the battery on the back of your device.
- Remove the battery connector using a pair of tweezers.
- On the side of the battery peel back but do not remove the two black pieces of tape.
- Remove just to the white line NOT completely.
- Carefully lift the battery out of the device, and set aside.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
