What you need
Step 1
Casing
- From the top view, remove each of the four pins that hold the casing in place.

- Slowly pull the casing up to remove it.

Battery
- Beginning at the bottom of the truck, twist the release clip on the casing until the release clip is no longer covering the battery casing.

- Next, use a Phillips 00 screwdriver to remove the 8mm screw on the battery casing and remove the battery casing.

- Do not skip this step if you are continuing onto the next step, you will risk electric shock.
- Finally, remove the battery from the white connector by squeezing the clip on the connector while pulling.

Removing Screws
- Using a Phillips 1 screwdriver, completely unscrew the 8mm screw located in the center of the wheel. Repeat this step for other wheels if needed.

Removing the Wheel
- Carefully pull the wheel off of its axle. Repeat for other wheels as necessary.

Motor
- After removing the rear wheels, use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the two 11m screws indicated.

- Remove the cap to reveal the motor.

- Remove the metal piece that clasps the motor in place.

- Carefully pull out the motor from the chassis.

- Warning: Ensure that the battery is properly removed before attempting this step. If you attempt this step with the battery in you risk injury by electric shock and damage to the truck.
- Desolder the red and black wires from the motor. Note where each wire is supposed to connect.
- Caution: Do not desolder the small orange capacitor.

My favorite trucks were Chalkboard Chuck and Samson, but I took pictures of several of the trucks and tried repeatedly to snap the perfect picture. {Obviously my perfect pics are a bit fuzzy.}
In addition to the big-honking Monster Trucks we also got to see some daring and dangerous motorcycle stunts!
