- Carefully remove the reset button cable (located on the left) and the ribbon cable.

Removing the Screen
- The screen is simply removed by pushing it up-and-out of the outside rim (denoted by the box).
- As you remove the screen, you may hear a ’tearing’ sound. Do not panic, as this is just the leftover substance that holds the screen in place. It will re-stick when the screen in placed back.

I just replaced the screen. But with the cable ribbon installed the screen does not activate. The startup tom-tom sound does play. The screen is blank. But the old screen does not work as well. Prior to this the screen did work but was un responsive. Any thoughts?
