Toastmaster W252C Disassembly
- Remove the 10 mm flathead screw from the top half of the device.

- Use a spudger to pry the top metal casing away from the burner and fully open it.

- Remove the 10 mm flathead screw attaching the metal plate to the cooking surface.
- Separate the metal plate from the cooking surface.

- Flip the waffle maker over and remove the 10 mm flathead screw from the bottom surface.

- Use your hands to pull the heat settings knob away from the front of the bottom half.
- Remove the bottom cooking surface from the metal shell.

- Remove the 10 mm flathead screw from the inside of the bottom half.
- Separate the metal plate from the cooking surface.

- Unscrew the 22.5 mm flathead screw and remove the switch from the bottom cooking surface.

- You can now separate all the components from the bottom half of the waffle maker.

- Remove the plastic clips holding the resistor by simply maneuvering them so that they fall out of the hinge.

Do you know what the different model number letters mean? I just found a W252F. Looks just like the model you show. Just wondering what the F means vs C. Thanks
