Excuse me, but there’s nothing in these instructions about removing the wheels from the old assembly and installing them on the new one? Can someone please supply those instructions so that I can complete this assembly? Thanks much!

Agree, I also found this step missing. It should be “step 3.5”. Moving the wheels to the new handle is where the screw driver comes in. After the handle is detached from the case, there are two small philips head screws that must be removed, one next to each wheel. After the screws are out, the wheels pull out from the tube of the old handle, and can be moved to the new handle. After pushing the wheels back into the new handle, align the tab of the plastic wheels into the indentation on the tube of the handle. Once aligned, the screw hole should be visible. Put the screws back in and you’re ready for step 4, reconnecting the handle to the bag.
