Even being it a basic approach to bag cleaning, this is a nicely laid out guide to cleaning messenger bags. I have been working with [|https://isellpackaging.com] for custom packaging bags manufacturing and I am sure the cleaning process could be better.

Could the messenger bags handle a fully immersed soak to clean it from multiple spills inside?

I’ve used Simple Green, dish soap, and various enzyme-based stain removers on my Timbuk2 bags, including fully soaking them with a hose. I’ve hung them out to dry in the sun on the back of a deck chair (inside out and upside down) and also on a shoe dryer.

These bags are tough and are not fragile when it comes time to clean them.
