Battery Spring
- Unscrew all six 8.5mm screws in the back of the calculator using the T6 star screw bit.

- Use a plastic opening tool to pry the calculator open.
- Use your hands to firmly grasp and pull apart the calculator when a reasonable gap has been made.

- Remove the battery in order to access the battery spring that needs to be replaced.

- Remove the damaged spring using the tweezers.

- Pick up the new spring with the tweezers.
- Insert the new spring with the tweezers.
- Gently push the new spring into place using your finger.

- Test by replacing the battery that was taken out to check the connection.
