              Spring Trigger               

• Firstly open the lid of the kettle by pressing the button and manually pulling up the lid.

• Secondly detach the lid . To do so pull back the lid to access the two screws visible in the image. Using a screwdriver unscrew the screws.
• Using force unlock the snap fit to remove this component. A screwdriver may be needed to complete this.

Step 3

• To access the springs unscrew the 2 screws.
• Using a flat head screwdriver lift up the component and remove it from assembly.

• Remove the springs, a scribe may be needed to assist in this.
