I can’t pair the speakers to my device.

Press the Bluetooth button on top of the speakers to enter Bluetooth mode. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3-4 seconds until the Bluetooth light starts blinking rapidly. This will make the phone ready to connect to the speaker. On your device, enable Bluetooth in the settings menu and select “A33” from the device list. If your device ask for the passkey, use “0000”. In order to know if the device is paired successfully, the speaker will beep and the Bluetooth light will be solid blue. If it failed, the Bluetooth light will blink slowly.

Resetting the device can help refresh the Bluetooth connectivity. Disregard the A33 on your Bluetooth source device. Hold down the A33 and AUX button together for 5 seconds. The A33 should flash the volume LEDs and then reset and turn off. Let the speakers remain off for 10 seconds before turning it back on. The unit powers on in the AUX mode and you should be able to press Bluetooth and pair the unit with your device.

If the Bluetooth button isn’t working, then the device will not connect. You can use this guide to find out how to remove the control pad and clean the control buttons with electrical contanct cleaner

I can’t get the speakers to turn on or light up.

When trying to play music on the Speaker, make sure the main power on the side of the speaker (under the flap) is turned ON. Once it is toggled ON, you can press the power button on top of the Speaker.

The speaker won’t turn on if there is no juice. Use the AC adapter and charge the speaker for a few minutes.

Sometimes the power button might get dirty or stop working. Here’s a guide to access and clean the control buttons.

I can’t charge my speakers when I plug in the AC adapter.

It is possible that the battery on A33 is so low that you can’t charge it using the AC adapter. Try unplugging the AC adapter and and unplug the DC plug from the A33. Then slide the power switch on the right side of the speakers to off and let it sit for 10-15 seconds. Slide the power switch back on and connect the AC adapter again and charge it for 45 minutes. The power button on top of the speakers should glow red during this time indicating that it is charging.

Disconnect the prongs from the AC adapter and reconnect it, making sure that it is properly fitted and not loose. You can find a guide to replace this here.

If the above methods does not work then you may need to replace the battery of the speakers. You can follow a guide to replace the battery here.

It says on my phone that the music is still playing, but my speakers stop playing.

It is possible that if your volume on your Bluetooth device is low, the speaker will shut down after about 15 minutes. Try increasing the volume on your device to halfway or more and control the volume of the A33 from the top volume buttons.

If your music device is far away, it might have gone past the range of the speaker’s Bluetooth. Try to get closer to the speakers or reconnect your device.

If the speakers are broken, the sound quality will be bad or music won’t play all together. You can find a guide for replacing them here, however it is more advanced than most repair guides.

My speakers are vibrating on my desk or table when playing music.

Songs with high bass can cause the A33 Speakers to vibrate on the table when played in high volume. Try lowering the volume on the speakers or your phone.

Sometimes the device will vibrate when the stand is holding it up. Try just putting the device flat on a smooth surface. You can also try putting a cloth under the speakers.
