Your screen is frozen or not responding.

Water condensation can affect visibility of the screen. If your device has been exposed to high humidity or water, try letting dry with device turned off . If your screen is still unresponsive, replace screen.

A broken screen cannot be fixed and will need replacement. You will need to purchase a new screen.

A loose connection can cause a faulty display on your screen. Make sure to open up your device and verify all connections. Restart the device. If screen is still unresponsive there must be another underlying damage and/or screen might need replacement.

Difficulty understanding the device’s audio.

If audio is unresponsive, it might be related to loose wiring or a faulty jack. Test audio through the tablet speakers, then test it using earphones. If the audio is only distorted while listening via earphones, the audio jack or the earphones themselves may be faulty. Audio that cuts in and out is often a sign of a loose audio jack, so make sure the audio jack is fully inserted in the tablet’s jack.

If the speaker isn’t working properly, it could be because of any loose connections in the mother board. Check the board for loose wires.

Device signal strength is low

Verify there is a strong Wi-Fi connection near you and your device is connected properly. Restore the device to factory settings if connection problems persist. Before restoring the device to factory settings try to restart the device and attempt connection.

Device battery life is very short or only responsive when charging.

Your device might have a faulty battery. Make sure it is fully charged. Try waiting for a couple of days leaving the device plugged in, to give the battery a chance to fully charge. If problem continues and charge remains low, replace the battery.
