Step 1
Unlock Roller Assembly Cover
- Locate the latch on the left side of the pump casing and using your thumb rotate it from the left fully to the right.

Remove Roller Assembly Cover
- Slide the roller assembly cover in the direction of the latch to remove.

Remove Old Pump Tube from Roller Assembly
- Slide one side of the pump tube to remove it from it’s mount.
- Repeat the process for the other end of the tube.
Slide one side of the pump tube to remove it from it’s mount.
Repeat the process for the other end of the tube.
Step 4
Install New Pump Tube
- Insert the new pump tube taking care to ensure it seats properly into the pump tube mount.
- Stretch the new tube around the roller and slide it into the pump tube mount on the other side.

Step 5
Reinstall Roller Assembly Cover
- Using two fingers, squeeze both ends of the new pump tube.
- While compressing the tube ends, slide the roller assembly cover back on to the pump. Ensure the roller assembly cover follows the guide rails.

Step 6
Lock Roller Assembly Cover
- Secure the roller assembly cover to the pump by rotating the latch on the left side of the pump casing and using your thumb rotate it from the right fully to the left.
Secure the roller assembly cover to the pump by rotating the latch on the left side of the pump casing and using your thumb rotate it from the right fully to the left.
You have now successfully replaced the pump tube yourself, saving you a service call from a dealer or plumber.
