- Push the gray lever up towards the top of the phone.

- Locate the five screws around the back casing.
- Use a three-prong screw bit to remove all five screws.

Separate Cases
- Use the plastic opening tool and slide it around the phone to pull apart the front and back casing.

- Use the plastic opening tool to remove the motherboard from the front case.

Display
- Locate the 4 white clips of the dispaly.

- Using the plastic opening tool, pull the white clips of the display away from the printed circuit board to unclip display.

- Grasp the display on both sides and carefully pull the display off of the printed circuit board.

- Using the plastic opening tool, carefully remove the yellow film covering the display connector.
- Do not damage the yellow film. Ensure that it stays in one piece and does not tear.

Vibrator Motor
- Use a Phillips-head screw bit to remove the screw under the yellow film

- Use the spudger tool to pry the latches ways from the circuit board
- Detach the metal casing from the circuit board

- Remove wires attaching vibrator motor to circuit board gently so as not to damage them

- Once the metal casing is removed from the circuit board take it and locate the vibrator motor on the top side of the casing
- Use the spudger tool to gently pry the vibrator motor out of its protective shell

- With the vibrator motor completely removed, you can now replace it with a new one
