• To begin with, you must first turn the laptop upside down and locate the battery.
• Locate the ‘Lock’ tab and slide the slider away from the word ‘Lock’, or slide it up.

              Remove the battery               

• Slide up the release tab, and put your fingers into the small gap.
• Pull up the battery while holding the release tab up, then remove the battery.
