eng. version:

The battery has been replaced but will not charge or will not start.

Although it starts up when plugged into a power adapter, the charger is not broken.

Could you please help me?

Hmm you could try a few things:

  • Disconnect and connect the batterie -> Observe the status LED if it charges (change colour or so…)

  • Meassure the voltage accross the battery (min 3.0V or more)

  • Check the connection between batterie and the PCB

Tahnk you for your answer.

The LED is becomming red as it is charging, and after a few seconds it turns of, like it is charged already. But when the power cord is disconnected, the speaker dies.

I will try to open it and check the connections between batteries and PCB, also measure the voltage of the batteries and keep you posted. Weird is that I bought two sets of batteries and it does the same with each one. Unforntunately, I do not have the old battery anymore, because I have dissasemble it because I tought it is not good anymore, but apparently the batteries work fine.

Thank you again :)
