  • Using the metal spudger as a prying tool, gently remove the plastic casing around the microphone.

  • With the microphone exposed you can remove the broken microphone from the wires and solder on the new piece.

Plastic casing not coming off. Any other way to take it off? My left side ain’t working and all possible wiring seems cool except the inside the microphone casing which I could not open. Please help.
