What you need

              LCD               
  • Take off the top and bottom screws on the LCD shell

  • Remove screws from the metal shield that is situated on the microchip

  • Remove the ribbon connections from the microchip

  • Remove the LCD in the shell

  • Replace the LCD with a new one and work backwards on the steps to put the video camera back together and you have completed the IFixit Guide
