No matter what you do, you can’t get your phone to turn on.

Make sure that you have used the charger. Simply align the phone conducts to the charging station and snap the phone in.

If your phone won’t turn on, you may have a dead battery, and in that case you would have to replace the battery. Purchase a new battery, then open the phone and take out the old battery. Replace it with the new battery.

Your phone does not ring when a call comes.

Check the sound settings. The phone may be set on Silent mode, if so set the phone to ring.

Your phone keeps dropping calls.

You may be in an area with weak service. Go to a place in which your signal strength is strong to make a call.

Your battery power may be low. Charge the phone or replace the battery.

The display on your phone is not working.

If your screen is broken, you need to replace the screen.

Nothing you type into the keypad effects the phone.

If your keypad is broken, you need to replace the keypad.

Even after charging and replacing the battery, your phone won’t hold a charge.

It is possible that your phone cannot properly charge because the phone’s charge contacts are dirty. If so, you will need to gently clean them with alcohol and cotton swabs.
